The app does not open. It goes to developer page and shuts down. What do I need to get this game working?

Love the game but the game was updated or whatever was done my Born Rich come up but it will not stay open, it opens up and closes back up immediately. This was hands down the best slot App. I understand that was years ago but why is it still here if it cannot be played and will not be updated?

I used to play this game a lot and now with new updates from Apple, game won't open.2015 was last time smash atom developer did update. Please update now in 2020! No longer a 5 star game

Had this on my prior iPad. And before that on my galaxy tablet and loved it. Put it on my iPad Air II and it won’t even open. Every couple months for the last yr I’ll reinstall it hoping it’s been updated and will work. Noooooo still same problem. IT JUST CLOSES every time I open it it immediately closes. WHY hasn’t it been fixed. Over a yr now still no fix. Ughhhhh

This was my go to game for at least the last 5 years. When updated my iPhone 7+ it won’t open. It opens initially then shuts down. Tried to contact developer, never get any answer. 👎👎👎👎

I enjoyed this game for quite some time & had built up my tokens to 400plus billions . The game no longer downloads on my phone . Is it because of the token amount that I’ve been accumulating ?

My all time favorite game BUT it needs a fix to work with the new IOS 13 update. I have so much fun on this app, please send out a fix soon if you can.

Need update to work with the new download from Apple. The Born To Be Rich will not working or load since the update.

App won’t open on my phone with the latest version of iOS. I’ve closed the app, turned my phone on and off, and tried everything I can think of so if there isn’t a fix in the next week, it’s bye bye app.

Up9n transferring this game to a new iPad this was not allowed and I lost my billion zillions of credits Not happy will refrain from ever purchasing from this site

I have over 22 trillion score and it stopped allowing me to play. It diverts to some error page so no longer playing. I guess I made to high a score

I’ve had this app through the Game Center for over 10 years and until a week ago I really had no major complaints. However as they say, “all good things come to an end”, and so it was. My iPhone 5s crashed I purchased a brand new unregistered iPhone 6s and restored all my app purchases only to realize that the bazillions of dollars I had accumulated disappeared into the dark unknown galaxy. I email the app support explaining my disappointment and frustration only to be ignored and not responded to as of a week ago. My other two apps that involved points or payouts all transferred without any prompting or request as should have with an app. Truly saddened and financially frustrated with this slot app. Not one reply from the help center, not one! What a bunch of thieves! Zero Support, Don’t Care about the Customer, Zero responses!

I am writing to say that this is a great app, but there is a bug that is causing it to keep Crashing. I’ve reached out to support by email but haven’t heard back from them whereas the app is still clashing as of today. If only support would fix the bug.

This game doesn’t work anymore. I used to play this years ago and it was great! After searching for the last few months I finally found it again and downloaded it. As I open it the app closes right away. I see I’m not the only one. The last update was 4 years ago. If it’s not going to be updated why is it still available to download if it’s not going to work?!

This game will not open on my Iphone XR now.I updated it & restarted my phone and nothing. I might have to delete it.

This is an update. Not only can’t I open this app on my new XR, but just bought a new IPad & it doesn’t open there either. It opens & immediately closes so we can no longer play this game. Our scores are high, but we are not on Facebook. What do we have to do to play this game? We liked to play it, it’s been since November on the iPhone, today on the iPad. I’ve written several times in your “contact us” on the app & you never responded. I got a new phone & transferred everything from a backup. This is the only thing I can’t do. I click on the icon, looks like it will come up & immediately disappears. I can no longer play this game that I’ve played for years. I’d give a zero star if I could, especially since you can’t even respond to my inquiries. Please fix this!

Just got new iPad with iOS 12 and same problem as others have written for past few months. I deleted and downloaded again and still a no go. Still works on older iPad. Please get it fixed.

UPDATE 3/2/19: Game continually crashes on opening. Can’t play anymore. Major fail. Just keeps paying out. 3 years later, and I'm at $414B. That's right, BILLION. so fun.

It no longer will open. I and my husband both hove it on our ipads and iphones. Now all it does it opens then shuts down.

I have trillions of points and the game will not load on my iPad.

This game crashed with the new IOS update. I wrote to the developer, no answer. Just another game that has gone by the wayside.

I really loved this app but once I upgraded from my iPhone 7 Plus to the iPhone X max the app does not work. It opens and then promptly crashes and closes.

Updated both my iPhone & iPad this evening & Born Rich will open on my iPhone with minimal points, but not on my iPad where I had approx 20 billion points! Had deleted & reinstalled 3 times but game will not open!

I used to play this game on my old iPad. I gave the pad to my grandson, and got a new one under a new ID. I got the game again, plus bought an extra slot machine offered for .99. I started playing, running up a great total, until it kept bouncing me to a Cox error page linked to that annoying ad box at the top of the slot screen. Soon it sent me there so quickly that I couldn’t even spin just once without being sent to the cox error. Despite giving my winnings back when I deleted the game and reinstalled, I assumed the problem would resolve. It didn’t, even after three more attempts. I have no idea how a game that was perfect managed to worsen instead of improve. I guess it’s not earning them enough money, so the customers that buy it no longer matter.
